Candidate Information Notice

Information notice pursuant to art. 13 GDPR — "Work with us" section

Information notice provided pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) to candidates who submit their application through the “Work with us” section.

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is AC Creativity S.r.l., with registered office in Via Gaetano Ferraiolo n. 62, 80047 San Giuseppe Vesuviano (NA), Tax Code/VAT no. 08332271215, in the person of its legal representative, Mr. Antonio Casillo (hereinafter also the “Controller” or the “Company”).

2. Data and Purposes

Contact details and data contained in the CV and attachments sent by the candidate are processed for the purpose of evaluating the application and managing personnel selection processes. Candidates are advised not to include in their CV data belonging to special categories (Art. 9 GDPR) that are not relevant to professional evaluation.

3. Legal Basis and Retention

The processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, par. 1, letter b) GDPR) and, for the possible retention of the CV beyond a single selection, on the consent of the data subject. The data are retained for the time necessary for the selection and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 12 months, unless consent is withdrawn.

4. Rights

The data subject may exercise the rights referred to in Articles 15-22 GDPR and lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority. For full details, please refer to the Website's Privacy Policy.
