Communication of business branch lease

this notice applies to you if, in the past, and/or in any case prior to 20 April 2026, you purchased a product on our e-commerce site, the sale of which was handled during that period by FiloBlu S.p.A. (now FB6 S.p.A.). From 20 April 2026, following the business transfer of FiloBlu S.p.A. (now FB6 S.p.A.) by FiloBlu S.p.A., VAT No. 04977250275, the data controller for your personal data in relation to the processing operations for which FiloBlu S.p.A. (now FB6 S.p.A.) was the controller or joint controller will be FiloBlu S.p.A. Nothing will change for you; the processing operations, services, purposes and storage methods remain unchanged. The legal bases are the performance of the business lease agreement (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) arising from the assumption of legal relationships.
