Orders and Changes

Can I modify or cancel an order that has already been placed?

To ensure quick delivery times, orders are processed promptly by our logistics system. For this reason, it is not possible to independently modify or cancel an order once it has been completed. If you have encountered an error, please contact our Customer Service immediately at customer@manilagrace.com: we will do our best to assist you before the package is dispatched.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have created an account, you can check the status of your purchase at any time by logging into the "My orders" section. In any case, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase and a second email with the tracking link as soon as the package is entrusted to the courier.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Every Manila Grace garment undergoes rigorous quality checks. However, if you find an anomaly or receive a non-compliant item, please write to customer@manilagrace.com within 48 hours of receipt, indicating your Order Number and attaching some images of the product. Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Payments and Security

What payment methods are accepted?

On our e-commerce site, you can make purchases securely using the following payment methods:

- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)

- PayPal

- Apple Pay and Google Pay

- Klarna: the service that allows you to split your order payment into 3 monthly installments, interest-free.

- Bank transfer

Are my payment details safe?

Absolutely. The Manila Grace website adopts the highest international security standards, boasts PCI DSS Level 1 compliance certification, and uses advanced encryption protocols (SSL) to ensure the total protection of your financial data at all times.

Shipping and Delivery

What are the shipping costs and times within Italy?

Standard shipping in Italy takes 2-3 business days and costs €7.00. For all orders over €150, shipping is completely free. Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is handed over to the courier.

Do you ship internationally? How do duties work?

Yes, Manila Grace ships worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Please note that for non-EU countries, any customs duties or local import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will be requested directly by the courier.

How can I track my package?

As soon as the shipment is active, you will receive an email containing the tracking code (Tracking Number). By clicking on the link, you can track your order in real-time until delivery.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to make a return and what are the conditions?

You have the right to make a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The items must be compliant: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all tags and the intact security seal.

How do I activate the return process?

The process is simple and consists of 3 steps:

Return Request: Log in to your Private Area, select the relevant order, click on "Request Return" and follow the instructions to return the items you wish to send back.

Package Preparation: Carefully place the items inside the original packaging. You will receive a pre-paid return label via email to print and attach to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping labels.

Shipping: Hand the package to the designated courier or drop it off at one of the authorized collection points.

Is return shipping free? How long will it take to receive my refund?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility: a fixed service fee will be deducted directly from your total refund. Once the return has been approved by Quality Control, the refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Accounts and Community

Is it mandatory to create an account to make a purchase?

No, you can complete your order as a "Guest" without registering. However, creating a Manila Grace account allows you to save your shipping addresses, track your order history, and access faster checkout for your future purchases.

I forgot my account password, what can I do?

Click on the account icon in the top right corner, select "Log in," and then "Forgot password?". Enter the email address associated with your profile, and you will immediately receive a link to securely set a new password.
