Newsletter Privacy Policy
Information pursuant to art. 13 GDPR — newsletter subscription
Information provided pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) for subscription to the newsletter service.
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is AC Creativity S.r.l., with registered office in Via Gaetano Ferraiolo n. 62, 80047 San Giuseppe Vesuviano (NA), Tax Code/VAT no. 08332271215, in the person of its legal representative Mr. Antonio Casillo (hereinafter also the “Data Controller” or the “Company”).

2. Processed data and purposes
The email address and, if provided, the name provided by the user are processed, in order to send the newsletter containing promotional and informative communications, and communications relating to initiatives, news and offers of the brand, also differentiated based on user preferences and interactions (profiling and segmentation).
3. Legal basis
The processing for sending the newsletter and for the related profiling is based on the consent of the data subject pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter a) GDPR. Subscription is completed through a double opt-in procedure: a verification email is sent to the indicated address, and subscription is activated only after confirmation by the user.
4. Retention and revocation
Data is retained until consent is revoked and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from the last useful interaction; data used for profiling and segmentation of communications is retained for no longer than 12 months, after which it is deleted or consent is renewed. The user can revoke consent at any time, without formality, via the unsubscribe link in each communication or by writing to the Data Controller.
5. Recipients and transfers
The management of mailings is entrusted to Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), appointed as data processor, which may involve the transfer of data to the United States based on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision / Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Rights
The data subject may exercise the rights referred to in articles 15-22 GDPR and lodge a complaint with the Garante (Italian Data Protection Authority). For full details, please refer to the Website's Privacy Policy.
