Shipping and Delivery

The care and attention we put into creating our collections are also reflected in our delivery service. We want your shopping experience at Manila Grace to be perfect in every detail, ensuring fast, secure, and traceable shipping. For this reason, we exclusively rely on the best logistics partners and express couriers.

Order Processing Times

Every order is prepared with the utmost care in our warehouses. Purchases made from Monday to Friday are processed and handed over to the courier within 48 business hours. Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays will be handled starting from Monday or the next working day.

Shipments to Italy:

Standard Shipping: €7

Free Shipping: For all orders over €150

Note: Standard delivery times (2/3 business days) begin from the moment the order is handed over to the courier. For islands or remote areas, delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days.

International Shipments and Customs Duties:

Manila Grace ships worldwide. Delivery costs vary depending on the destination country and are automatically calculated at checkout, before proceeding with payment, to ensure maximum transparency.

Important (Non-EU Shipments): We remind you that for deliveries to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes applied by the destination customs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. These amounts are not calculated in the order total and will be requested directly by the courier upon delivery.

Order Tracking

We want you to always be updated on the journey of your garments. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking link (Tracking Number). By clicking on the link, you can check the delivery status in real-time.
